Kol Dorot serves as a host home for several families from our area. We work with Family Promise to provide comfortable accommodations for our guests (turning classrooms into bedrooms), meals, companionship, transportation and a variety of necessities and niceties donated by our members. There will be opportunities to help in various way. As you will see on the sign-up sheet, you can cook/serve dinner, engage in activities with the adults and/or children, help set up beds, shop for supplies and sleep over as an overnight chaperone.

A special adult study group led by Rabbi Noah and Morah Anat will get you up to speed on Israel’s political system, the parties, and major candidates. Study polls, campaign ads, breaking news and more.  Discuss the consequences of this election for Israel and the whole Jewish world. Every Wednesday, 12:00-1:00 pm

Join Rabbi Noah for a weekly exploration of relevant and controversial issues in Jewish ethics.  We will take on ethical questions from current events, as well as classic issues in medical ethics, business ethics, and more  Feel free to bring lunch!


Every Tuesday, 10:00-10:45 am

Join Cantor Sarah for a joyful morning of singing, dancing, scarves, playing musical instruments and stories! Each week we will sing both Jewish music as well as favorite secular children’s music.  All families with children from birth through five years old are welcome!  Member and non-member families are welcome.


We are so excited to be trying something new this year. Shabbat Evening  services will begin at 6:00 pm. There will be snacks to enjoy before services starting at 5:30 pm. Please check our  TBO calendar or TBO This Week, for the next Shabbat Community dinner immediately following services and where to RSVP. Call the temple office if you would like to RSVP by phone.
